Groove Federation

Some time after the birth of the Universe a group called "Groove Federation" was formed, a Deep House Collaboration between Daz Payton and Nath Walwyn.

Both members of Groove Federation have been DJ'ing from there early teenage years onwards playing in some 15 Venues+ across the Midlands. There unique DJ'ing Styles have over the years covered varied musical tastes including - Disco, Funk, Jazz, Breakbeat, Chillout, Trance, Techno, Soulful/Latin & Funky House. For the past 6 Years Deep House has been the main music of choice for these lads. So with this unique insight into various styles of DJ'ing it seemed fit to turn their attention to music production.

So in 2000 the Groove Federation lads got hold of the necessary bits and went to work. After a lot of experimenting with sounds from all genres Groove Federation found their own way to blend this with a Deep Underground flavour.

After many sleepless nights and an endless amount of effort from the lads they emerged 6 years later with a stream of tracks ready for the offering.

First off is a Debut EP Hosted by Bassmint Recordings(Aug 06) then closely followed by Greenhouse Recordings(TBC06) and Flavor Recordings in for December 06.

With a combining total of 12 years Music Production and 25 years Dj’ing experience be sure to look out for the "Groove Federation".
